How the numbers work

The table's points rule, each player metric's formula, and the minimums for the rankings, with this season's values.

League table

Points per match
A 3–0 or 3–1 win earns 3, a 0–3 or 1–3 loss 0, a 3–2 win 2, and a 2–3 loss 1.
Tiebreaks
Set ratio, then rally-point ratio, then wins.
Playoffs
Knockout games stay out of the table and the regular-season numbers, and appear on the playoffs page.

Player numbers

Points
Kills + aces + stuff blocks. Points per set divides by the sets played.
Kill rate
Kills ÷ attacks.
Attack efficiency
(Kills − blocked attacks − attack errors) ÷ attacks. It can be negative.
Positive reception
(Perfect + positive) ÷ receptions.
Reception efficiency
(Perfect×3 + positive×2 + negative) ÷ (receptions×3). A reception error counts as zero.
Ace rate
Aces ÷ serves.

Player rankings

Attack
Outsides and opposites, by kills. This season needs at least 439 attacks.
Reception
Liberos and outsides, by reception efficiency. This season needs at least 302 receptions.
Serve and block
Serve by aces (at least 171 serves) and block by stuff blocks.
Minimums
Each minimum comes from the season's highest count for that skill, so a player with a handful of touches does not top the list.

Data

Source
Every number comes from the DataVolley score sheet of each match; the table and rankings update as soon as a new match is added.
Mid-season transfers
A player who changed clubs during the season has one row, with every club's numbers, in rankings and comparisons.
Player names
A player with no Persian name on record is shown with the English scout name.
